Learn to work in relationship with the land.

Through this course, students will learn the fundamentals of regenerative gardening and landscaping, including how plants, soil, and ecosystems work together to create healthy, resilient landscapes. The course focuses on developing hands-on skills such as plant identification, garden maintenance, irrigation, and landscape installation, while also covering design principles and environmental impact. We emphasize practical, industry-relevant skills alongside pathways to jobs and business opportunities in the growing field of regenerative landscaping.

Course Format

Course Length: 32 Hours

  • 16 hours in person on REAP’s Alameda Campus

  • 8 hours live with the instructor online

  • 8 hours independent, asynchronous work

Course Price $2500

Stand-alone Course: $1850

Course with Certificate: $2500
